If you're under the impression I'm alright. I guess you never noticed. The name is Zoe, but people call me anything and everything, so feel free. I'm the kind of girl that people look at and think what the hell happened. I'm a train wreck, a disaster. I went off the rails because it seemed like a good idea. Afterall who wants to be perfect anymore? We live in a world where everyone is trying to outdo everyone else, to be the most fucked up, have the most problems. All anyones looking for is attention and to be picked out from others. When I die, I want it to be a tragedy. I want my face to be on the front page of the newspapers. I want the whole world to wear black and cry for a day. I want a massive funeral, that everyone wants to attend. A bench and tree to mark a spot for people who loved me and who I loved to sit and remember. I want the world to care. I have a slight fascination with bleach, I love how clean and perfect it makes everything look. More than anything I'd like to be able to take a bath in it, strip away all the impurities that life leaves. I'm a social recluse, and one of the most outgoing people you might meet. I hate everyone looking at me, but I'll do anything to be the centre of attention. I'm pretty intelligent, yet I always say the stupidest things. I want everyone to want me, but I can't deal with you having me. I tell everyone to leave me alone and try to cut them out, when what I really want is for them to make an effort and fight for me. I'm so scared that I'm not mentally right, but if I found out I was fine I'd be disappointed. Basically. I'm a walking contradiction. It was the song that saved me I remember, remember everything All the tracks that shaped and changed me Music is a big, big part of my life. Songs make me smile, laugh, cry, remember things, remember people. Sometimes I wish my life was a musical because there's so much more expression and less complication in songs. I go to a lot of gigs. They are like my home or safe place. I don't feel afraid to be myself, and at that moment when you're in the crowd, theres music flooding through you and you're moving as one with a million other people, thats when I feel truly alive. |
